Clothing in Ukraine and the majority of dress of many Slavonic peoples are very similar. Ukrainian dress contain shirt and pants. The shirt was worn on the bare body and it was used usually as outerwear.

Pants ubrannya men fixed with strap on the body – this element of the Ukraine dress was worn with buckle. Ukrainian trousers, especially the Cossacks wide trousers, had a special feature – very large width. The trousers were created using cloth or canvas, they were decorated also with yellow and green threads.
